The Center for Excellence in Advocacy prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and values they will need to represent a client from the initial client interview through the appeals process. Attorneys, judges, alumni, faculty, and students work together through innovative courses and programming. As a result, our students develop practical litigation skills and graduate with an in-depth understanding of the law.

Students can participate in substantive law and practical skills courses, interschool and intraschool competitions, clinics and field placements and practical skills seminars and programming.

Contact Jeannine Abukhater Lambert, Executive Director of Centers and Programming, at 859.572.6403 or abukhaterj1@nku.edu to learn how to participate in center activities.
