Profile

Professor Polito is the Assistant Director of Academic Success and Bar Support. He teaches the Foundations III Bar Review course for students preparing to graduate so that they may learn skills and strategies to prepare for and pass the bar exam.

Professor Polito completed his undergraduate degree at Bellarmine University and his J.D. at Washington University in Saint Louis. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar and an inactive member of the Missouri Bar. 

Prior to teaching at Chase, Professor Polito was a public defender with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.  In his time with the DPA, he represented clients across the Commonwealth charged in all manner of criminal cases. He co-authored the DPA Bail Manual published in 2019.
