The Center for Excellence in Advocacy prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and values they will need to represent a client from the initial client interview through the appeals process. Attorneys, judges, alumni, faculty, and students work together through innovative courses and programming. As a result, our students develop practical litigation skills and graduate with an in-depth understanding of the law.
Students can participate in substantive law and practical skills courses, interschool and intraschool competitions, clinics and field placements, and practical skills seminars and programming.
