Jeff From is a Restorative Justice Practitioner based in Berea, Kentucky, who has worked in a variety of social service and educational settings. Since earning his M.A. in Conflict Transformation from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University in 2007, Jeff has worked to create restorative mediation practices for juveniles in central Kentucky, start Support and Accountability Groups for the formerly incarcerated, been a trainer in Defense Initiated Victim Outreach (DIVO), and taught as an adjunct lecturer in the Peace and Social Justice Studies program at Berea College. He has become a trainer for the Green Dot program, a bystander intervention violence prevention program, with the high schools in Berea. For sixteen years Jeff has worked with the Horizon Prison initiative (Horizon), a multi-faith behavior modification program in Ohio. At present he is the director of Horizon at London Correctional Institution in London, OH.
