Courtroom Project

Step into Practice Before You Graduate

The state-of-the-art courtroom and advocacy training hub on the first floor of Nunn Hall is officially open, ensuring your transition from law school to actual litigation is as smooth as possible. The new space includes all the features of a traditional courtroom, from the judge's bench and counsel tables to the jury box, witness stand, and gallery seating. It also features an adjacent jury deliberation room and judges’ chambers built for both mock and live court proceedings.

As a student, you’ll sharpen your trial skills in an environment that mirrors real-world law. We’ve equipped the courtroom with the most up-to-date presentation and trial technology to enhance your advocacy skills. When it isn't being used for classes, the space hosts the seven-member Kentucky Supreme Court, as well as federal and state trial courts. Local attorneys and business leaders also utilize the hub, giving you the opportunity to network within the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky legal communities before you even graduate.
