| Description: | This course is an upper-level course in commercial law. It’s coverage will include those topics tested on most bar examinations, including Sales, Secured Transactions, Negotiable Instruments, Credit/Debit Cards and Wire Transfers. Accordingly, attention will be paid to the sometimes-complex reality of commercial law in the contexts of the sales, leases, payments, and commercial secured transactions. Primary emphasis will be placed on learning the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code and their application to a wide variety of businesses and industries. |
