Description: This course will guide the student in learning how to litigate high profile cases, including the legal issues surrounding serial murder cases. While not everyone will work a serial murder, the concepts apply to many serial cases. Most criminal and many civil attorneys do end up working on cases with significant media attention, and many do not know how to handle them appropriately. This course will focus on evidence, ethics, media attention, and many other practical applications of the law relative to these cases.
