| Description: | This course will present evidence issues from trials and will ask the students what decisions before, during, and after the trial would avoid or solve the problem, manage the damage, or set the stage for an appeal. It will examine motions to suppress, motions in limine, motions to strike, jury instructions and appellate arguments. |
