| Description: | This is a simulation course designed to expose students to real-life practical, strategic and ethical issues that they will confront during the deposition portion of pretrial civil litigation. The class is highly interactive and provides the students with the opportunity to prepare for and conduct mock discovery and perpetuation depositions. The course is intended to assist participants in converting the way they think from that of a law student to a practicing attorney. |
