Rachel Wilhite, as assistant director of academic support and bar preparation, provides students with insights and guidance for success built upon her own experiences from having been a Chase student herself, a Chase trial team coach and as a practicing lawyer.
Ms. Wilhite began her practice in a mid-size firm, in the areas of family law, criminal law, real estate, probate, personal injury and general civil litigation. She subsequently opened her own firm, Wilhite Law, concentrating in family law, criminal law and estate planning. Within the profession, she is a board member of Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers and provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals unable to afford a lawyer.
In addition to advising students as assistant director, her teaching roles include Legal Analysis and Problem Solving, Legal Methods, Legal Studies, and coaching the trial team as an adjunct professor.
Ms. Wilhite holds a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University.
