Professor Ljubomir Nacev is the tax specialist on the Chase faculty, with academic interests in issues involving tax policy and law and society. He is the faculty adviser for students who participate in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in which they prepare returns for low-income filers. He is a member of the American Tax Policy Institute and the National Tax Association.
Professor Nacev holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in humanistic studies from Johns Hopkins University.
