Description: Federal Practice and Procedure will teach a student everything he or she needs to know about litigating in federal courts. From the first minute a lawyer contemplates taking a case to closing argument, the course will focus on each aspect of federal practice. This is an interactive class that allows the students to participate and learn what federal court litigation is all about. Some of the classes will actually be held in federal court, where students will argue motions and participate in other aspects of federal practice.
