| Description: | This course involves the study of the four EC institutions, Commission, Council, Parliament and Court of Justice, with emphasis on the lawmaking process. The course will feature articles of the Treaty of Rome dealing with competition law, as well as directives and regulations flowing from them. As time permits, the course will also cover certain industry sectors such as banking, transport, automobile, and biotechnology. |
