FEDERALIST SOCIETY INAUGURAL BANQUET

The Northern Kentucky University Salmon. P. Chase Law student chapter of the Federalist Society will be hosting its inaugural banquet on the evening of Thurs., Feb. 28 in the Student Union Ballroom.

It will be an opportunity for attorneys, professors, and students from across the Northern Kentucky area to network and hear from key policymakers and scholars. The proceeds collected from the banquet will be used to further the mission of the Federalist Society on campus. Our chapter is cultivating new leaders and needs your support to grow and organize on campus.

A cocktail hour featuring a cash bar will begin at 5:30 p.m. Followed by dinner and our distinguished guest speaker's presentations. Congressman Thomas Massie will be keynoting the dinner with Professor Joshua Blackman.

HOW TO START AND MANAGE A LAW PRACTICE

The Chase Family Law Society welcomes all students to learn the ins and outs of how to start and manage a law practice. Joining us will be Chase alum, Adam Russell '07, from Russell & Ireland Law Group, LLC. Adam will talk about various aspects of starting and managing a law firm, including client and project management, billing, hiring, supply management, and many more aspects of running a solo practice or smaller law practice.

This event will be held on Mon., Mar. 4 at noon in NH 320 and is open to all students interested in any area of the law. Join us for pizza and come ready to learn!
