OPENREGS.com
OpenRegs.com is an alternative to the federal government's Regulations.gov regulatory dockets database. The goal of OpenRegs.com is to make the proposed and final regulations published in the Federal Register easy to find and discuss, so that citizens can become better informed and more involved in the regulatory process. Please note, though, that using OpenRegs.com is not a substitute for visiting Regulations.gov. That site is ultimately the official site. Also, if you want to see comments filed with agencies in a particular regulatory proceeding, you'll have to visit Regulations.gov or the agency's own site

Regulatory Resource Center
By OMB Watch. Shows users how to comment on federal regulations and provides instructions for using Regulations.gov, the government's portal for public comments. The Advocacy Center also has instructions for filing a petition for rulemaking and tips on how to find rules in the Federal Register. The second part of the Resource Center is the Policy Library. The Policy Library contains a flowchart showing how rules move through the regulatory pipeline; a list and brief description of rulemaking agencies; background information describing how the regulatory process works from beginning to end; and a glossary of common terms relating to regulation.
