Sports and Entertainment Law Group

The Sports and Entertainment Law Group (SELG) is a new student organization dedicated to serving Chase students interested in the fields of sports and entertainment law. Founded in 2007, SELG has three primary facets. First, regular meetings provide students with the opportunity to analyze classroom concepts in the context of developing legal issues in the sports and entertainment world. Second, career networking events and opportunities will give students a chance to personally connect to the growing sports and entertainment law field. Third, SELG will put out a regular publication giving students a chance to develop a variety of professional skills. Whether or not a student is interested in practicing in the field of sports and entertainment law, SELG provides a platform whereby a student's ambition is leveraged into resume building experience.
