Northern Kentucky Law Review will hold a symposium entitled "The ADA Turns 20: Where We Were Then, and Where We Are Now." The symposium is scheduled to be held February 6, 2010 and will include multiple panelists and guest speakers. The editors of Northern Kentucky Law Review invite submissions of articles, notes, and comments from scholars, researchers, practitioners, and professionals. Contributions will be considered for publication in our Spring Symposium issue published in the summer of 2010.

Deadline for submission: September 30, 2009.
All proposals should include the intended author's name, title, institutional affiliation and contact information. The proposals should address any issues related to the ADA and its progression throughout the last 20 years. Authors are also welcome, but not required, to submit a CV.
FURTHER INFORMATION: We expect to make offers to the selected guest authors in September, 2009. We encourage clear, concise, and accessible proposals for articles that will interest lawmakers, attorneys, and students. Please note that all proposals will be considered for publication even if Northern Kentucky Law Review finds that the proposal is not suitable or pertinent to this year's symposium.
