Profile

Mr Jones is responsible for the check-in of all serial subscriptions, including added volumes, pocket parts, supplements and loose-leaf pages. He oversees the processing of added volumes. In addition, he orders all new library materials, prepares invoices for payment and corresponds by phone with the customer service departments of the major publishers in order to rectify subscription problems.
