Profile
Professor Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Prior to joining the Chase faculty, Professor Johnson served as a Special Prosecutor for the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General.
Professor Johnson is Assistant Professor of Law, Director of Clinical Programs, and Associate Director of the Center for Excellence in Advocacy. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and Leadership Kentucky. Professor Johnson coordinates the externship program at the Advocacy Center. She serves as faculty advisor to the Chase National Trial Advocacy Team, the Trial Advocacy Board, and the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court. Along with Prof. Stephens, she advises the Chase Student Advocacy Society. She teaches litigation and advocacy skills courses, such as Trial Advocacy and Legal Drafting.
