Profile
Professor Billings teaches Sales and Secured Transactions, Commercial Paper, Agency, Partnership and Employment Law, and European Community Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Billings has written articles and three books, the most recent of which is listed below. His special interests include the life of Abraham Lincoln and developments in the European Union, about which he wrote one of his books.
He taught at the University of Salzburg College of Law as a Fulbright Distinguished Professor in 2004, and frequently visits law schools and lawyers in Salzburg and Moscow.
