Bernadine C. Topazio

Professor Topazio is Senior Corporate Counsel for The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, where she practices primarily in the areas of employment, employment litigation, and employee benefits. She received a Juris Doctor degree from NKU Chase in 1993. She received a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1988, and she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in 1976. Professor Topazio teaches Employment Law, Employment Discrimination, Employee Benefits, Insurance Law, and Legal Research.
