Justice Donald C. Wintersheimer

Justice Wintersheimer served on the Kentucky Supreme Court from 1982 until 2007. Prior to that time, he served on the Kentucky Court of Appeals. He was a prolific opinion writer on the Supreme Court, averaging over 50 opinions each year, the most for any member of the court. Justice Wintersheimer earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, an M.A. from Xavier University, and an A.B. from Thomas More College. Justice Wintersheimer teaches State Constitutional Law.
