Judge Steven R. Jaeger
Before his appointment to district court in 1987, Judge Jaeger was in private practice and an assistant county attorney. He was elected to a circuit judgeship in 1995, and he has been in senior status since June, 2007. He has served as chair of the Statewide Court Technology Committee since 1998, and he also chairs the Joint Workgroup of the Court of Justice, Kentucky Bar Association and Administrative Office of the Courts e-filing and e-processes initiative. Judge Jaeger graduated summa cum laude from Thomas More College before earning his JD from NKU Chase. Judge Jaeger is a frequent teacher at the Kentucky Court of Justice clerk and district/circuit/appellate judicial colleges, and he has been an instructor at Xavier University and Beckfield College. Judge Jaeger teaches Trial Advocacy at NKU Chase.
