Profile
Professor Heard received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University in Upland Indiana, a Master of Library Science from Indiana University at Bloomington and a Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar, the Ohio Regional Association of Law Libraries and the American Association of Law Libraries.
Professor Heard has written an article entitled “Proposed Constitutional Amendments as a Research Tool” for the Law Library Journal and his legal interests include legal history.
