Profile

Professor Boltz teaches Contracts, UCC Sales and Secured Transations, UCC Payment Systems, Domestic Violence Law Seminar and Domestic Violence Prosecution and Trial, and Remedies.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Prof. Boltz is a member of the bar in New Jersey, Louisiana and Ohio.

Prior to teaching, Prof. Boltz was a trial attorney for a law firm in Louisiana and in the Office of the General Counsel, United States Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. Her non-legal interests include tennis, music, and arts and crafts.

Public Service

Presenter on domestic abuse issues to community organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area and on-campus student groups at NKU. Presenter on domestic abuse issues to community organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area and on-campus student groups at NKU.

Volunteer hospital advocate, Northern Kentucky Women's Crisis Center.
