Resource Room

The Chase Career Development Office maintains a Resource Room in room 319 of Nunn Hall complete with a computer and library in order to make your employment research easier. We have numerous resources on the Federal Government and military, as well as Legal Directories and information concerning local employers.

Law Library

The Chase Law Library contains a number of Career Development print and video resources that are available to students on a two day check-out basis. Included in the Career Development Collection are materials on interviewing, networking, various legal practice areas, judicial clerkships, marketing yourself to employers and non-traditional legal careers.

The law school also subscribes to several premiere career development and employment websites, including PSLawNet (a comprehensive public interest job posting databank); the Government Honors and Internship Handbook (with federal government employment opportunities for law students); and the Vermont Law School Guide to State Judicial Clerkship Procedures. Chase is also a participant in the Brigham Young University Job Bank, providing our students access to job postings from over 122 law schools across the country.
