Reciprocity
Chase College of Law participates in Brigham Young University’s Intercollegiate Job Bank which is a collection of job postings from approximately 120 other participating law schools throughout the country. Access to the Job Bank is available through our Job Postings site.
The Career Development Office at Chase College of Law also maintains a reciprocity relationship with many other law schools' Career Services Offices across the country. Chase students and alumni are able to utilize the services of Career Services Offices at these participating law schools. If you are interested in requesting reciprocity from another law school, please contact Irene Allard at 859-572-5343 or allardi1@nku.edu.
Chase College of Law's Policy of Reciprocity:
1. The Career Development Office at Chase College of Law offers one-to-one reciprocal services to graduates and law students at other ABA accredited/National Association of Law Placement member schools which afford reciprocity services to Chase College of Law graduates and students. The Career Development Office reserves the right to adjust this policy if the requesting school has a more restrictive policy.
2. Students and alumni who are granted reciprocity will have access to job postings and the Career Development Collection in the Law Library for a term of 90 days from the date that reciprocity is granted. Job postings will be made available in hard copy by visiting the Career Development Office located in Suite 314, Nunn Hall. Resources in the Career Development Collection in the Law Library are not available for check-out. Reciprocity does not include access to individual counseling, on-campus interview programs or job fairs.
3. Reciprocity is unavailable during the Fall On-Campus Interview season, August 1-November 1, and the Spring On-Campus Interview season, January 1-March 15.
4. Requests for reciprocity must be in writing by a career counselor initiating the request. Requests should include the address of the party requesting reciprocity.
5. The Career Development Office reserves the right to terminate reciprocity to anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate and to revise this policy without further notice.
