Decision Process
AFTER APPLICATION HAS BEEN SENT
At NKU Chase, the admissions committee makes decisions on a rolling admission schedule. This means applications will be reviewed continuously as they are ready. The committee begins reviewing files in mid- November.
The committee can elect to make one of the following decisions: admit, deny, or hold.
If a decision has been held by the committee, your file will be reviewed again by the committee approximately six weeks later. A hold decision means the committee has not yet reached a final decision on your file.
AFTER ACCEPTANCE
If admitted, you will need to complete the following requirements:
- Acceptance deposit*: A $150 acceptance deposit will be due beginning in April. This non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in the entering class.

- Official transcripts: Official transcripts from all undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools must be sent to the Office of Admissions by July 1. The transcripts from the Credential Assembly Service report are not considered official.
*If you attend NKU Chase, the deposits will be credited toward your fall tuition bill.
