Tuition & Cost of Attendance
NKU Chase is a public law school offering an affordable education to both in-state and out-of-state residents. In addition, persons from certain counties in Indiana and Ohio will receive the benefit of a reduced tuition cost through the metro rate. A student organization fee of $35 per semester, plus a Campus Recreation Fee of $4/credit hour up to 12 hours (max. $48) are separate charges and not included in the tuition figures. Parking fees and any required course fees are not included in the rates.

Total Estimated Cost of Attendance
The Office of Student Financial Assistance must establish an annual cost of attendance (COA). The COA is reflective of the student budget which includes: tuition; room and board; books; transportation; and miscellaneous expenses. **The Metro Rate applies to non-resident students whose permanent residences are in select counties in Ohio and Indiana.

Ohio counties: Adams, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Drake, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Scioto, Ross, Union, and Warren.
Indiana counties: Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland
