How to Transfer In
Students who wish to transfer to Chase may be eligible if:
- the student is attending an ABA approved law school,
- the student is in good standing and is eligible to continue the study of law at that law school, as demonstrated by a suitable letter from the dean of that school, and
- the student's performance at the prior law school was of acceptably high quality, as demonstrated by the official transcript.
Accepted transfer students normally have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Usually, no more than 30 semester hours will be accepted for transfer credit. No credit will be transferred for any course in which a grade of less than 2.00 on a 4.00 scale was awarded. All credit hours are recorded with a grade of “Credit”.
